Since 2010, we have provided care through Direct Primary Care, an affordable membership model that removes insurance billing from routine primary care. This allows us to focus more of our time and attention on patients rather than paperwork, billing codes, and insurance company requirements.

How Membership Works

Epiphany Health patients pay a straightforward monthly membership fee. Most routine primary care services are included without copays, deductibles, hidden charges, or surprise bills.

Because we do not bill insurance for your routine primary care, our physicians can offer more time during visits, better continuity of care, and greater access when medical needs arise. We take the time to understand your medical history, answer your questions, and work with you to develop a plan that fits your individual needs.

Direct Primary Care does not replace insurance for hospitalization, surgery, emergencies, or other major medical expenses. Many patients choose to pair their membership with insurance or another form of coverage for those larger and less predictable costs.

When you need specialty care, diagnostic testing, hospitalization, or other outside services, we help coordinate your care and guide you through your options. You are not left to navigate a complicated healthcare system alone.

Our commitment to affordability extends beyond the services provided in our practice. Through relationships with local and national partners, Epiphany Health patients can access deeply discounted laboratory testing, diagnostic imaging, and medications.

Prices may vary depending on the specific service, medication, or testing required. Whenever possible, our team helps patients understand their options and costs before receiving care.
